Have you read the qualifying criteria? Save time by checking your child is eligible before applying.

You will not be able to submit an application until your child reaches 21 months of age.

How to apply

Make sure the parent or carer who claims the qualifying benefit is the person filling out this application. In order to apply you will need the following information:

national insurance number or national asylum support service number
your date of birth

an email address
